ECGI together with Yale Law School hosted a conference on "2021 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" on June 11-12, 2021 online.  

The session was moderated by Prof. Mariana Pargendler (Fundação Getulio Vargas and ECGI).

Prof. Jeffrey N. Gordon  (Columbia Law School and ECGI) presented his paper on "Systematic Stewardship" and Prof. Jonathan R. Macey (Yale Law School and ECGI) discussed the paper.

Prof. Henry Hansmann (Yale University and ECGI) and Prof. Tobias Tröger (DFG LawFin Center, Goethe University and ECGI) made concluding remarks.
