Professor Kristin van Zwieten

Kristin van Zwieten is the Clifford Chance Associate Professor of Law and Finance in the Law Faculty at the University of Oxford and a fellow of Harris Manchester College, Oxford. She was previously the John Collier Fellow in Law at Trinity Hall, Cambridge. Her research interests are in corporate bankruptcy law, company law, law and finance, and law and development. She acts as a consultant on corporate bankruptcy law reform projects in emerging markets for various institutions, including the World Bank.
