GCGC: Session 4: Flows, Financing Decisions, and Institutional Ownership of the U.S. Equity Market

ECGI, with Columbia Law School, hosted the tenth annual GCGC Conference on 14-15 June 2024.

 The "2024 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" was hosted in New York, USA.

The fourth session included a paper presentation. 

Dorothy Lund (Columbia University and ECGI) presented the paper "Flows, Financing Decisions, and Institutional Ownership of the U.S. Equity Market" (Alon Brav, Dorothy Lund, Lin Zhao), which was discussed by Martin Schmalz (University of Oxford and ECGI).
