OECD Principles of Corporate Governance (Draft for public comment)

This is a draft text of the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, which are being revised in 2014/2015 under the auspices of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee. The final version of the revised Principles is scheduled for completion in 2015.
