The IPCG Corporate Governance Code entered into force in 2018, having been revised for the first time in 2020.
After the completion of the fourth monitoring exercise in 2022, regarding the year 2021, it became necessary to proceed to a new regular reassessment of the content of the Code, in conformity with the duty undertaken by the IPCG towards the CMVM to promote the updates deemed necessary, in line with international best practices.
