Code of Corporate Governance 2018 (revised in 2020)

This Code of Corporate Governance provides the framework necessary for regulating the company affairs. Each article of the Code is divided into principles, which define the objectives of one good governance, and in recommendations, which indicate the behaviours that the Code deems appropriate to achieve the objectives indicated in the principles.
