The Universidad CEU San Pablo, Madrid, Spain in partnership with the ECGI, is delighted to invite you to the 5th Annual Boca-ECGI Corporate Finance and Governance Conference. The conference will be hybrid, held at the Universidad CEU San Pablo, Madrid, Spain, and virtually, on 13 and 14 December 2024. The conference has three tracks (A), (B), and (C) over Friday December 13, 2024, to Saturday December 14, 2024.

PRIZES

Review of Corporate Finance Award Announcement:

The $1000 Award for the best paper published in the Review of Corporate Finance (Volume 4 Issues 1-4, 2024) will be announced at the conference.

Conference Awards: $1000
There will be two best paper ($300 each) and two best discussant ($200 each) awards, consistent with the four prior Boca Conferences.  The cash prizes are sponsored by the USPCEU Mutua Madrileña Chair.  The plaques will be provided by the British Academy of Management Corporate Governance Special Interest Group

Pablo Hernández de Cos is a former Governor of the Bank of Spain (June 2018 - June 2024), and Professor of Economics at IESE Business School as Professor of Economics.
