Biography
Paulo Câmara has been Assistant Professor in the Law Faculty at the University of Lisbon since 1993. He took his Masters Degree there in 1997. He is Head of the Corporate Finance Department, CMVM - Portuguese Securities Commission (2000-) and a Member of the OECD Steering Group on Corporate Governance since 1999.
Paulo is the author of several publications on corporate governance and securities law.
