Professor Dörte Poelzig

Prof. Dr. Dörte Poelzig is a distinguished legal scholar specializing in civil law, commercial law, and corporate law. She holds the position of Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Hamburg, where she leads the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law. Prof. Poelzig's research focuses on stock corporation and capital market law, with a particular emphasis on the legal aspects of virtual general meetings. 

She has been actively involved in providing scientific support to discussions on the introduction of virtual general meetings.
