Ms Esther KONG

Esther Kong is Senior Deputy Director of the Business Families Institute @ Singapore Management University (BFI@SMU). She is a Registered Corporate CoachTM and is a Family Firm Institute, Inc (FFI) Fellow. Esther contributes to Asian-focused family business research reports, case studies and editorial pieces both locally and overseas. Her research interest covers Family Business, Culture and Cross-Cultural Management, and Entrepreneurship. She also develops educational programmes, bespoke events and learning platforms for business families and advisors. Esther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and has extensive working experience, mostly in the non-profit and education sectors. She is the inaugural recipient of the AITouq Group FFI GEN scholarship and is currently a PhD candidate.
