Dr. Roza Nurgozhayeva

Assistant Professor of Law at Nazarbayev University.

Rosa completed her bachelor’s degrees in law (cum laude) and economics in Kazakhstan and LL.M. at Cornell Law School. She holds a doctorate of the science of law, also from Cornell. From 2018 till 2020, Dr. Nurgozhayeva was a post-doctoral fellow at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Law and the NUS Center for Asian Legal Studies.
