Biography
Dr. Roza Nurgozhayeva is an Assistant Professor of Law at Nazarbayev University. She holds a doctorate of the science of law from Cornell. From 2018 to 2020, Dr. Nurgozhayeva was a post-doctoral fellow at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Law and the NUS Center for Asian Legal Studies. Prior to joining the school, Dr. Nurgozhayeva served as Vice President-General Counsel at Nazarbayev University and practiced law in the banking industry.
