ECGI together with Yale Law School hosted a conference on "2021 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" on June 11-12, 2021 online.  

The session was moderated by Prof. Luca Enriques (University of Oxford and ECGI).

Prof. Elizabeth Pollman (University of Pennsylvania and ECGI) presented her paper on "The Corporate Governance Machine" and Prof. Gaizka Ormazaba (IESE Business School and ECGI) discussed the paper.
