GCGC: Session 5: Placeholder CEOs

ECGI, with Columbia Law School, hosted the tenth annual GCGC Conference on 14-15 June 2024.
The "2024 Global Corporate Governance Colloquium (GCGC)" was hosted in New York, USA.
The fifth session included two paper presentations.
Yupana Wiwattanakantang (National University of Singapore and ECGI) presented the paper "Placeholder CEOs" (Mario Daniele Amore, Morten Bennedsen, Vikas Mehrotra, Jungwook Shim, Yupana Wiwattanakantang), which was discussed by Ruth Aguilera (Northeastern University).
