ECGI Law Paper Prize 2024: "The (Geo)Politics of Controlling Shareholders"

The 2024 ECGI Annual Conference, in cooperation with the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBSEM) was held on 7-8 October 2024 in Brussels, Belgium.

Marco Becht (Solvay Brussels School and Executive Director, ECGI) welcomed Luca Enriques (University of Oxford Faculty of Law and ECGI ), who introduced the winning author and paper. Curtis J. Milhaupt (Stanford University and ECGI) virtually presented his paper, "The (Geo)Politics of Controlling Shareholders".
