The Corporate Governance Code is aimed at all companies with listed shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario ("MTA") managed by Borsa Italiana. Adherence to this Code is voluntary and is explicit in the government report corporate and ownership structure. Each article of the Code is divided into principles, which define the objectives of one good governance, and in recommendations, which indicate the behaviours that the Code deems appropriate to achieve the objectives indicated in the principles.
