Professor Klaus Gugler

Klaus Gugler is a Professor of Economics and Head of the Research Institute for Regulatory Economics

His research areas are industrial organisation, corporate governance, and mergers. He edited a book on "Corporate Goverance and Economic Performance" published by Oxford University Press and published articles among others in the European Economic Review and The Economic Journal.
