Biography
Joana Torres Ereio is a Partner at Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho and focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructurings, both on a national and cross-border level.
Joana joined the Lisbon office of Uría Menéndez as a trainee lawyer in September 2007 and spent the period from October 2011 to February 2012 on secondment to the Uría Menéndez offices in Madrid.
Joana holds a Law Degree from Universidade de Coimbra (2007) and completed several postgraduate courses.
She teaches law at the Finance and Accounting Executive Education Programme at Católica Business School.
Joana is fluent in three languages and was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2010.
