Dr Fangjian FU

Dr. Fangjian Fu is an associate professor of finance at Singapore Management University (SMU). His research interests are in corporate financing and investments, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He has published papers in prestigious academic journals including the Journal of Financial Economics and Management Science. His works were featured in the Wall Street Journal and some media in Singapore. At SMU, he teaches Corporate Finance at undergraduate, masters, executive, DBA and PhD levels.
