The Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance was established in 2000 at the University of Delaware and is part of the Lerner College of Business and Economics. It is one of the longest-standing corporate governance centers in academia, and the first and only corporate governance center in the State of Delaware, the legal home for a majority of the nation’s public corporations. The Center is located in Alfred Lerner Hall on the University of Delaware’s campus at the intersection of Orchard Rd. and Amstel Avenue, Newark, Delaware.

The Weinberg Center is an integral part of the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics. Both the College and Center provide opportunities to learn, innovate, research and experience business in one of the nation’s most important centers of business. Lerner blurs the lines between “university” and “real world,” giving students, top thinkers, corporate leaders and researchers an opportunity to collaborate and learn together.
