In collaboration with the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and the Department of Finance at the Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware hosted its 2024 annual corporate governance symposium on 15 March 2024.

Thomas Bourveau (Columbia University) presented the paper, “The Social Cost of Liquidity Disclosure: Evidence from Hospitals" (Thomas Bourveau, Xavier Giroud, Yifan Ji, Xuelin Li) followed by a discussion from Tong Liu (MIT Sloan School of Management).
