The Swedish Code of Corporate Governance has been revised in order to take into account the EU Commission's recommendation on directors' remuneration (2009/3177/EG) as well as certain changes in Swedish legislation. The Revised Code to be implemented as of 1 February 2010. <font color="#ff0000">New printed version now available</font><br><br>The English language version of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code is a translation of the original Swedish text. Where possible differences in interpretation or errors in translation exist, the Swedish text is to take precedence.
