Mr. Robert Schuchna

Mr. Schuchna is a Partner at Cevian Capital, the leading active ownership fund focused on public companies in Europe. He has played an instrumental role in several Cevian investments from the initial due diligence and the implementation of the value-enhancement agenda to the ultimate exit of the investment. He has led due diligence on investment opportunities in various sectors (incl. chemicals, consumer goods, industrials, and pharma) in DACH, UK, and France. He was Managing Director of Cevian Capital AG, Swiss research office (2018-20), responsible for recruiting of investment professionals and support staff. Prior to joining Cevian, Mr. Schuchna worked as an M&A intern at Credit Suisse, Zürich, Switzerland.
