Mr. Rick Faery

Rick Faery is a Managing Director and Global Head of the Corporate Insights Group within Credit Suisse’s Investment Bank division, providing the firm’s clients with strategic advice around corporate strategy and M&A, equity market valuations and offerings, capital allocation and financial policy. In addition to bespoke work for corporate clients around the world, Rick and his team research, write and publish Credit Suisse Corporate Insights, a periodic series that examines market themes and topics of interest to our corporate clients. 

Rick has more than two decades of experience in strategy and corporate finance advisory with clients in the US, Europe and Asia, including three years with Deloitte (New York and London) and 19 years with Credit Suisse (London and New York). 

Rick holds graduate degrees in law from Syracuse University and in finance and economics from Columbia University.
