I am an Assistant Professor of International Law and Ethics at the Asia School of Business and an International Faculty Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management. My research focuses on the concept of corporate personhood in international law, 'judgment' and 'belief' in international law, corporate subjectivity to international law, constructions of the public-private relationship, and the private sector’s role in authoring public international law.
