Kathryn Judge is a Professor of Law at Columbia Law School. Judge serves on the Financial Research Advisory Council of the Office of Financial Research and as an editor of the Journal of Financial Regulation. She is an expert on financial regulation, regulatory architecture, central banking, crisis governance, and financial innovation.
Prior to joining Columbia, Judge clerked for Judge Richard Posner of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and Justice Stephen Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court. She also worked as a corporate associate with Latham & Watkins. She is a graduate of Stanford Law School, where she earned the Urban A. Sontheimer Honor (second in class), and Wesleyan University.
