Dr J S Liptrap

J S Liptrap designs and teaches courses in legal research, with a particular focus on corporate and securities regulation. His research interests, broadly, are in comparative corporate governance. His work has featured, or is forthcoming, in leading periodicals such as the Cambridge Law Journal, the European Business Organization Law Review, the European Company and Financial Law Review, the Journal of Corporate Law Studies, the Modern Law Review and the Stanford Social Innovation Review. He contributes from time-to-time to online publications like the Columbia Blue Sky Blog, the Duke FinReg Blog and the Oxford Business Law Blog. He read law at Cambridge, Edinburgh and Harvard universities.
