Professor Fausto Panunzi

Biography
Fausto Panunzi has been Professor of Economics at Bocconi University since 2005. From 2001 to 2005, he was Professor of Economics at the University of Bologna. He has been associate professor at Bocconi University, assistant professor at the University of Pavia and visiting lecturer at University College London. He has been research fellow at IDEI, Toulouse and IGIER, Milan.
He is a CEPR Fellow.
His research interests are corporate finance and corporate governance, the theory of firm and the theory of contract.
He was elected an ECGI Research Associate in 2002 and an ECGI Fellow in 2008.
