Dr. Audra Boone

Audra Boone is a Professor of Finance and Real Estate and holds the Ajay Menon Professor of Business in the College of Business at Colorado State University. Professor Boone's research interests include mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, governance structures, and disclosure. Her work has been published in top  finance and accounting journals including, Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Review of Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, The Accounting Review, and Journal of Law and Economics .
