Biography

Dr. Khedr is a faculty member of the Law School , Managing Partner of KLCCA Legal and Adviser of Corporate Affairs He holds LLB, BA of Police Science, LLM in International Commerce and PhD Highest Class with honor in Commercial Law Major in Corporate Law and Corporate Governance from Ain Shams University. He holds Professional Education in Business Management, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & and Acquisitions from Harvard University, professional (TOT) in Corporate Governance from (IFC) World Bank Group. In addition, he has taught more than 25 professional Courses and certifications relevant to Mediation, Compliance, AML/CFTDevelopment & Management, Computer and Information Security and Management of safety.

 

Dr. Khedr has 20 years' experience as Lecturer of Law and Corporate Affairs. His fields of interest are Commercial & Corporate LawsInt. Commerce Law, Corporate Governance & Compliance Systems, M&A, Financial Crimes, Consumer Law, AML, Mediation, Commercial Contracts, Investor Relations and CSR. He has published research and books on these topics in periodicals and scientific journals.

 

Dr. Ahmed has worked on support Corporate Affairs, participated in numerous conferences and international working groups around the world and visited many universities and corporate governance and management centers in the United States and Europe such as Harvard, Yale, New York and Columbia Universities. He participated in providing recommendations for the issuance of Wall Street Reform Law in the USA. He has been selected from NYU as the legal author of many Gulf systems for the Global Program of Law. ABCCG (Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry) relied on Dr. Khadr’s expertise to design the first program in the Arab region to train local and international consultancy firms on the occasion of implementing mandatory application of corporate governance and compliance rules in the capital market of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Dr. Khedr has been a member of T20 since 2014 and has participated in the development of the new generation administrative reform and investment policies for the Egyptian government in order to evaluate existing projects and prepare investment projects, preparing programs and conferences to attract investors in addition to developing corporate and investment laws.

 

Dr. Ahmed is a member of the Arab Lawyers Union (ALU), International Association of Lawyers (UIA), European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) American Arbitration Association, American Law and Economics Association and Harvard Alumni Association (HAAA/HUMA).
