Dr Jorge Miquel

Dr. Jorge Miquel is a senior lecturer of Commercial Law at the UAB Law School.



He is author of many articles and of the book, 'La sociedad conjunta' (The joint venture Corporation) published in 1998.



He has contributed to different books and legal papers on different areas, specially on Company Law, Contract Law and Intellectual Property Law, field in which he has published different legal essays on trademarks, domain names, and legal aspects of advertising law in the Internet.



Jorge Miquel holds a Juris Doctorate from the UAB (1996). He graduated in Law at the UB (1991).
