Mr Søren Thor Jensen

Søren Thor Jensen is Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in Corporate Legal of the Danish pharmaceutical company, Novo Nordisk A/S, which is listed on the stock exchanges in Copenhagen and New York.

Søren Thor Jensen has a MA (Law) from the University of Copenhagen. He is admitted to the bar in Denmark (advokat) and to the High Court of Denmark. He holds a MBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI).

From 1990 to 1999 he worked for the Danish Law firms Arne Stecher & Partners and O. Bondo Svane. From 1991 to 1996 Søren Thor Jensen was also lecturer on Commercial Law with the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen.

Søren Thor Jensen joined Novo Nordisk in 2000 and is heading up the legal function, Legal Governance & Pharma Law. He is member of the Advisory Board at NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
