Professor Niccolò Baccetti

Mr. Baccetti is an Associate Professor in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of the Studies of Milan. In 2014, Mr. Baccetti was awarded the National Scientific Qualfication for the position of Full Professor in Corporate and Commercial Law. In 2013, Mr. Baccetti was awarded the National Scientific Qualfication for the position of Associate Professor in Corporate and Commercial Law. In 2001, he received a master degree (JSM) from Stanford Law School, where he was a Lieberman Fellow. In 2003, he received a Ph.D. in corporate and commercial law from the University of Brescia School of Law. In 1996, Mr. Baccetti graduated with honors from the Law School of the University of Milan.
