Dr Enrico Colcera

Enrico Colcera was born in Italy on the 17 October 1974 and was a resident in Japan for 5 years until October 2006.

He was awarded a Diploma of Qualified Accountant and Expert in International Commerce (I.T.C. Maria Lazzari, Venice), Doctor of Jurisprudence (Bologna University), LL.M. and LL.D. (Kyushu University). He is also Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and Ambassador of Friendship in Italy on behalf of Kyushu University. He was a recipient of two Monbukagakusho scholarships for the masters and doctorate in Japan. He was an agent of the company Speed Service s.r.l. during the period Sept.2002/Dec.2006 and has been counsellor at the board of the company Speed Service International s.r.l since January 2007.

He is published in renowned legal journals and has recently written a book on the field of the Japanese M&As, “The Market for Corporate Control in Japan – M&As, Hostile Takeovers and Regulatory Framework” (ISBN: 978-3-540-71587-0) which was published in 2007 by Springer Berlin Heidelberg New York .
