With more than 30 years of experience, I manage different areas of company general management, from strategy & product marketing, and business development, to people management; key areas of expertise range from Telecom, IT & System Integration, payment, HR compensation and multi-benefit, to Board Governance, ESG and Compliance.

I co-founded Govrn in 2021, the leading AI-first Board Management Solution that transforms how Boards make better decisions, apply better Governance, powered by our unique AI-Assist technology to comply with legislation, manage risks, and improve overall effectiveness for building a better world.

I founded Monizze in 2011, successfully developed as the electronic voucher challenger in Belgium, and became part of Groupe Up, the international leader in this space, in 2015. It became the recognised leader in Fintech & HRtech technologies in general, social vouchers & compensation-benefits more specifically, with a motivated team of Monizzers focused on achieving the best for our clients!

In 2020, I joined TCD-Capital (Private Equity) as Investor, GP, and Tech-sector referent.

Starting at PWC consulting, I spent 10 years at Alcatel Telecom Europe based in Brussels, London and Paris: great years (good old days ;-) of intra-prenership. Then Computer Science and IBM Global Consulting as A Partner of Telecom Industries.

I am Investors in Tech companies, and directors of boards of Directors.

I am board member of FEB-VBO, VIA, Monizze, Foodiz, etc.
