Biography

I am a senior lecturer (associate professor) at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). A Marie Skłodowska-Curie Alumni, and a member of the Centre for Banking Research. I recieved my PhD from Federico II University of Naples.

My research examines topics at the intersection between financial intermediation and financial markets, with a focus on unregulated/not-yet regulated activities, and the implications for financial stability and real economy. This includes shadow banking and structured finance markets (e.g., ABCPs, WMPs, CLOs), lending by non-bank financial intermediaries (NBFIs) and stablecoins. It also includes banks' misconduct and governance mechanisms.
