Biography
Professor of Law at São Paulo School of Law FGV (FGV Direito SP). PhD in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo with a scholarship from the Academic Excellence Program (Proex) of CAPES (2022-2023), and approved with a recommendation for publication, distinction, and honours. Master's degree in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) with first-class honours and the Kemp-Gooderson Prize (St Catharine's College) for an outstanding first-class performance in Law. Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP. Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of São Paulo. Researcher on law and economics at University College London and editor for the Cambridge Law Review (2021-2022). Previously an associate lawyer at Mattos Filho (2017-2021). Member of the Access to Justice, Disasters and Climate Change Research Group (FGV-SP) and coordinator of the Development and Indigenous Peoples' Law Research Group (FD-USP). Research and work interests include corporate law, business and human rights, dispute resolution, and corporate governance.
