Professor Richard Williams

Richard Williams is Associate Professor in Corporate Law and is a fellow at Christ's College. His primary research interests are in company law and insolvency law, with particular reference to law and economic analysis. Professor Williams has published extensively on directors' disqualification and other aspects of corporate and insolvency law. He lectures on the LLM Corporate Insolvency course and is currently LLM Director.
