Dr. Tom Vos

I am currently an assistant professor at the Department of Private Law of Maastricht University, where I am affiliated with both the Institute for Corporate Law, Governance and Innovation Policies (ICGI) and the Maastricht Law and Tech Lab. In my research, I focus on corporate law, corporate governance, law and economics, and empirical studies.

In addition to that, I'm a visiting professor (10%) at the Jean-Pierre Blumberg Chair at the University of Antwerp, where I teach a course on international corporate governance and supervise an FWO-funded research project on "short-termism in European corporate governance".

Finally, I'm also a (part-time) Associate at the Corporate and Finance Practice at Linklaters Belgium, where I advise clients on corporate governance and securities laws.
