Biography

A published author, selected conference panellist and former lecturer of Comparative Law at the University of Genoa. As a Ph.D. candidate she has been a visiting scholar at Yale Law School and at the University of Berkeley, California, School of Law (Boalt Hall). In 2001, she obtained her Ph.D in Comparative Law at the University of Florence and in 2003 a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Genoa. She specializes in international corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A and capital markets and for over 20 years has successfully advised and represented clients from various sectors, such as energy and utilities, construction, aviation, fashion, food, media, and broadcasting. She is currently Officer of the International Commerce and Distribution Committee at the International Bar Association and Chair of the International Conventions and Trade Agreements Subcommittee.
