Dr Philip Gavin

Philip Gavin is an Assistant Lecturer in Law in the Technological University Dublin, specialising in company law, corporate finance law and the law of equity. His research focuses on directors' duties, corporate purpose and the company's interests, business judgment and the consideration of creditors in insolvent companies. His research has been published or is forthcoming in various journals including the Journal of Corporate Law Studies, The Irish Jurist, Dublin University Law Journal and the European Business Law Review.
