Biography
Olivier Terrettaz is a Certified Expert in Corporate Finance and Controlling and teaches governance, strategy, risk management and corporate finance at various universities at postgraduate level. He is also an expert juror for the Swiss federal exams in finance and controlling, as well as for fiduciary and tax experts. He founded BoLT Partners, a corporate management and governance consultancy, in 2002, after having been the managing partner of a consulting firm from 1995 to 2000. For over thirty years, he has specialized in the organization and management of boards of directors, notably as an external board secretary. He sits on several boards in Switzerland.
