Dr Helene Hayden

Dr. Helene Hayden works as a scientific project employee (Post Doc) at the University of Vienna, Department of Commercial and Business Law, where she writes her habilitation thesis in the area of external liability of legal persons in tort law. Besides, she works as public prosecutor, assigned to the Austrian Supreme Court (Panel for Corporate and Trust Law), where she provides legal expert opinions and draft decisions.
