Dr Wiebke Szymczak

Wiebke Szymczak is the Head of the Research Data Centre at Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH). Prior to this role, she held academic positions at the University of Hamburg, Durham University Business School and the University of Liechtenstein. Her work has been published in high-ranking international journals, including the Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control and the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization. She is a member of the German Finance Association (DGF) and German Association for Experimental Economic Research (GfeW).
