Specializes in corporate law, corporate bankruptcy law, secured transactions and financial regulation. LL.B. (magna cum laude) and Ph.D. obtained from Bar-Ilan University. Previously a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Previously a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Hebrew University Law School.
