Biography

Alessandra Daccò is chaired Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Milano-Bicocca since 2004.

She graduated with a degree in Law with full marks and honors from the University of Milan in 1993, she had a PhD at the University Cattolica of Milan and passed the bar exam in 1997.

After having gained experience in various Italian and foreign law firms, she established her own firm.

Her research interest is corporate law, including groups of companies, limited liability companies and benefit corporations. She wrote two books and many articles published in different law journals.

She has been statutory auditor of GE Avio s.r.l; Salvatore Ferragamo s.p.a. (company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange) and independent director of Industrie De Nora s.p.a.

She is married and has one daughter.
