Biography
Dimitris is a Professor in Finance at the University of Strathclyde. He is an Associate Editor for “The European Journal of Finance” and he is an Academic Fellow at the Centre for Responsible Banking & Finance (CRBF) of the University of St. Andrews. His research interests are Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Political Economy, and Sustainable Finance & ESG. Dimitris is ranked in the top 10% of Authors on SSRN by all-time downloads.
Dimitris is director of the MSc Investment and Finance and the MSc Sustainable Finance at the University of Strathclyde. He has extensive experience in various roles such as consulting and R&D and has been a member of the Research Panel of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) which has more than 21,000 Chartered Accountants as members worldwide.
