Professor Kumar Paramjeet Singh

Professor Kumar Paramjeet Singh is an Associate Professor with O.P. Jindal Global University (India). He is Associate Director of 'Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies' and 'Centre for Global Corporate and Financial Law and Policy' of Jindal Global Law School. He specializes in Corporate, Labour and Contract Laws and teaches course on corporate laws, corporate governance and labour laws at Jindal School of Law.

Prof. Singh earned his B.S.L LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and thereafter admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi, as an advocate. Prof. Singh has done his LL.M in ‘European Legal Practices’ from Université de Rouen and Universidade Católica Portuguesa as an Erasmus Scholar. 

Prof. Singh is a qualified company secretary and is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a fellow member of Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland. Prof. Singh is also registered member with Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK. He is registered as an independent director with Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India. 

Prior to joining Jindal Global Law School, Prof. Singh was working as a corporate lawyer with practice area in corporate law (M&A, corporate advisory team and employment law practice).
