Biography

Chiara Mosca is an Associate Professor of Business Law at Bocconi University in Milan (on leave). She currently serves as Commissioner at the Italian Securities Commission (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB)) and is the Vice-Chair of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee.

She teaches and writes in the area of corporate law and financial markets regulation. She is editor member of the editorial committee of one of the leading Italian corporate law journals (Rivista delle società) and  has published in the European Company and Financial Law Review, the Yearbook of European Law, the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review, as well as in leading Italian law journals (e.g. Rivista delle Società, Le Nuove Leggi Civili Commentate) and in several edited books in Italian and in English. She authored a monograph on mandatory offers and acting in concert and she published extensively in the field of takeover regulation.
