Professor Michael Hilb

Michael Hilb is Titular Professor at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and teaches strategy, entrepreneurship and corporate governance at the University of St. Gallen, the University of Zurich and Singapore Management University. He is Founder of DBP Group and serves on several corporate boards. He chairs the Board Foundation and is a member of the Board of the European Confederation of Directors Associations and the ECGI Blog Advisory Board.
